A full head weave reinstall is a hair extension technique where old full head weave is removed, hair is washed, and the wefts or wig is sewn onto a complete coverage of cornrows, creating a full head of extensions. This method is often used to add length, volume, and a protective style. Preparation: The process begins with braiding the client's natural hair into a full head of cornrows. Attachment: Hair wefts (which are strips of hair extensions) are then sewn onto the cornrows using a needle and thread. Natural hair leave out, /Closure/Frontal or Wig: To complete the look, Clients' natural hair can be left out, a closure (a piece of hair with a small lace area), a frontal (a larger lace piece) or a wig can be sewn along the hairline. Advantages: Full head weaves are a popular choice for adding length and volume, and they can also serve as a protective style, allowing natural hair to grow without excessive manipulation. Duration: A full head weave can typically last for 2-3 months with proper care and very minimal to no washing for a longer duration.
